SUP YOGA at Whiskeytown lake

• 5 or more people booking together receive $5 dollars off, each person.

• Please set aside 2 hours for the SUP paddle and yoga class.
• We will spend the first 10 mins gathering items, boards, paddles and going over safety.
• We will paddle to our class spot away from the boat launch.
• The paddle is about 15 minutes.
• The yoga class is an all level class that will help you get acquainted with balancing and moving on your paddleboard! The class length is about 45mins - 1 hour long.
• We will end with some relaxing meditation/floating and have a few minutes to swim, play, chat or paddle around! 
• I'll always have snacks for us at the end. We will pull up to the picnic table closest to the parking lot, if it's open! You're welcome to stay and hang if you can! 

We will meet at Whiskey Creek boat launch/parking lot. 

On Route 299, take the first right(paved road), after you pass the Visitor's Center and cross the bridge on Route 299.

Reservations with board rentals:

Cancellations for FULL refund must be 72 hours before the event start. 

Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 75% refund. 

No shows, late shows (without communication) NO refund available.

*If you have your own board please cancel within 24 hours of the reservation.
