ROLL & RELEASE - FASCIA YOGA
This Workshop is part science of the Fascia and embodied experience using SLING MyoFascial Release (MFR) Props.
This dynamic system of the body was overlooked by most movement specialists and yoga practices for decades! Fascia (connective tissue) is wrapped around every part of our bodies. This fascinating network has many functions that include: provides structure, enhances communication through the Central Nervous System, transfer of forces and, it's what makes us one whole being.

GET ON YOUR HANDS - INVERSION WORKSHOP
This workshop combines core strength and arm balances, including handstands, dolphin and plank work to find the connection between the pelvis and shoulder girdle and get up-side-down! ... or work towards it anyway!
Regular pressure on the hands can help our brains stay young, by stimulating different areas of the brain, waking them up, and increasing our courage and focus. Some yoga experience is good for this one.

KUNDALINI YOGA -
CHAKRA BALANCING & HEART CONNECTION
We begin with some discussion on the chakra system, the central energy channel and the currents we can use to bring things to fruition in our lives to find health, harmony and a deep Love for our energetic self, our Life Force.
Kundalini uses repetitive movements, breathwork, meditation, mudras, sound current/mantra and visualizations during the practice. It's both physical and energetic in focus, and brings us deep into embodied experience and connection to Higher Self - Source/God/Universe.
In this Workshop specifically, we will spend time with different practices for each energy center. We will also play with the Liberating and Manifesting Currents through the lens of the Chakra System.

Each week will offer a focus on a different energy center, Root to Crown. A Kriya is a set of practices combined for a specific purpose. Each week we will explore a different Kriya and Meditation. A copy of each Kriya and playlist provided for self-practice.

ILLUMINED YOGA WORKSHOP
This offering combines the warming, functional movement of LYT Yoga, the unwinding and release of Fascia Yoga and the energy work of Kundalini Yoga. A full body tune up that brightens the Spirit and balances all systems of the body.
These workshops can have different themes and focuses depending on what your community would appreciate. Could be as subtle as "Gentle Heart Opening" to more challenging "Breath & Balance;" a full body class that focuses on strengthening and balance, using breath, bandhas & energetic work.
